With a rich industrial heritage, an infamous music scene and a residence to two of the biggest football teams in the Premier League, Manchester is easily recognisable as one of the most iconic and culturally diverse cities in the UK.

Aside from this, the two event and exhibition venues in the city collate to over 45,000 square metres of exhibition space, attracting thousands of event exhibitors and visitors from all over the world.

Manchester Central, situated in the heart of the city, and EventCity, the UK’s second largest event space outside of the capital, play host to an abundance of events and exhibitions, ranging from Trade Shows to Conferences to Public Exhibitions, including the NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo, the X Factor Auditions and The Roller Derby World Cup.

If you’re visiting Manchester specifically for an event at Manchester Central or EventCity, we can appreciate that you may not be at the top of your agenda to venture out after a long day at an event; but whether it’s a night-cap in a quirky bar or a full day to see the sights, the cultural hue and buzz of the city is well worth seeing while you’re in town...
