Event Express is no exception. After a college course in Hotel Management, an encounter with an iconic Hollywood actress and a number of years in Sales within the hospitality industry, Stephen Arthur formed Event Express with a vision to becoming the very best hotel booking company for the exhibition and event markets. Founded in 2002, the backstory of Event Express is shared with Stephen, who developed the company from a one-man-band in Stevenage to a 10-person operation based in Worcester and London.
However, becoming the very best hotel booking company for the exhibition and event markets doesn’t quite happen overnight. It takes experience, knowledge, passion, and the company of a great team to make it happen.

So here we are. Sixteen years later, we have a body of 10 dedicated team members, a catalogue of fantastic clients of whom we have grown to know and care for, and a business that has upheld the same principles since the dawn of its existence. Event Express continues to accommodate the events and exhibitions industry with warmth and commitment, ensuring that clients are provided with a knowledgeable and personable service while they focus on their other priorities.
From Stevenage to Worcester, the Event Express timeline has seen an array of new faces, new challenges and new achievements. But as the days go by, while our team and our catalogue of events continues to grow; the timeline shows no sign of stopping.
